We understand that clients need accurate and up to date account information. MF Global Direct provides specialist services to help clients reconcile trading against statements.
Online Account Status Report
Clients have the ability to obtain daily account statements via the Internet. These reports are updated approximately every 20 minutes.
Daily Email or Fax
Clients also have the option to receive a daily email or fax which summarizes all trading and transactions during the day.
Help Desk
Account queries can be directed to our Client Services Department between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm local London time.
